Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation and, when available, tracking details by email.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier conditions. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (such as carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, customs processing, or incorrect address information).
Please note that delivery estimates begin once the order has shipped, not from the date the order is placed.
Shipping costs (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment is completed. From time to time, we may offer promotional shipping rates, including free shipping offers, which will also be shown at checkout.
Tracking is provided when available. If tracking is included for your shipment, it will be sent by email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch depending on the carrier.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed or the shipment may be returned.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, we may be able to reship the order (where possible) or issue a refund at our discretion once the item is returned and inspected. Any refund may be subject to shipping and handling costs.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date for missing items). Include your order number and supporting photos (if applicable).
